At present we are very limited in accessing information regarding hospitalization, transfers to specialized care, or other issues that would benefit from visits by the Pastor, Communion Teams, and Deacons.  We depend on our members and family of individuals desiring support to let us know at the church office (920-922-0425) when someone is in the hospital, or in need of additional support.  Please contact the church if you have any information; we would rather receive multiple calls regarding one individual than to not hear at all.

Also, we have communion teams available to bring the sacrament to those who are unable to attend worship regularly.  Please contact the office if you know of anyone who may appreciate this support.
